The Sales Team is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who is great fun to work with, because at Super Look India Web Services, our motto is, “Work hard. Have fun. Make history.” We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to collaborate with the global training team and own execution in a global role.
We are seeking a top performer to deliver training in a compelling manner, which helps create enthusiasm for Super Look India and confidence in engaging Public Sector customers. In this role you will keep the sales team informed on new training methods, conduct reverse job-shadowing, providing guidance within the sales organization to share best practices. This person will be keeping our sales organization informed on new training methods and techniques, while also supporting sales training and special projects as needed. Ideal candidates will have a background in sales with a deep expertise in developing and facilitating sales trainings.

· Create, execute, and manage global sales training and soft skills workshops for new and existing Sales teams; support specific training needs, add content to existing programs, develop, and deliver new content
· Conduct employee training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based and virtual learning to create an engaging learner experience
· Continuously conduct needs assessments (in close coordination with stakeholders from leadership, marketing, product teams, etc.) to ensure accurate, effective training content
· Provide guidance within the sales organization and share best practices
· Keep informed of new training methods and techniques
· Support sales training/enablement special projects as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
· 1+ years of proven sales training/facilitation, experience coaching/developing new and tenured Sales Professionals
· 1+ years of sales or business development experience with a history of success and overachieving quota
· Experience with technology products and services
