Simply log in to your Superlook™ account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details. If you don’t have a Superlook™ account, no problem! You can track your order (here)-Why was my order cancelled?
Sometimes we’re unable to process orders due to item availability. We also reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order.-How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Sometimes tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships. Also, it may take 1-2 days to update between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. No worries! Your order is likely still en route to you! You can always check your order status in my order history.-My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive! In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbours for more information in the meantime. Please note that we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location. –Where are your products made?
Our formulas & products are
very important to us, so we work with respected manufacturers in the India
& other countries abroad who have strong expertise in beauty. All
ingredients & finished formulas Superlook™ uses are tested & based on legal
requirements before being imported or sold in the India.
–How can I tell the expiration date of my
product?
All Superlook™ products contain a
symbol on the box that notes how long you can use it once opened. Look for the
open jar symbol with a number – this number indicates how many months/years the
product should be used after opening.
–What do I do if I suspect that a Superlook™
product is counterfeit?
We can assure that any product
purchased from superlook.co.in or any of our authorized retailers is a genuine
Superlook™ product! One of our missions is to protect our brand & our
customers. If you see a product online or in-store that you suspect is a
counterfeit, knockoff or replica please send all information to care@superlook.co.in. If
possible, please include images of the referenced product & the location
where you found it.
–Are the items on hold in my cart?
Adding to your cart does not reserve the products. Once you complete the checkout process, they’re all yours!
–The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?
For items that are not limited edition, you can sign up to be notified once it’s back in stock! Just enter your email address on the product page.
–The sale item I want is out of stock – will I be able to purchase it for the same price when it’s available again?

–When do I get charged?
When you place an order using a debit or credit card, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note: these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed. This hold typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending on the policy of your bank. Your debit or credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
–How long does it take to receive a refund?
Depending on your bank or payment processor, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
–How much is the GST?
The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address (IGST / CGST & SGST / UTGST). The tax is calculated based on specific rates and the items you are purchasing. We’ll always show you how much GST you’ll be charged when you go to checkout. We are required by law to collect GST on all orders. GST is calculated on the total of your order, after discount.

My promo code won’t work!

–What should I do if I see pending charge(s) on
my statement? My order did not go through, but it looks like I was charged.
Don’t worry! We will only charge
your credit card when your order is successfully placed and at the time of
shipment. If your order did not go through, you may still see a pending
transaction on your credit card, but it isn’t an actual charge. It’s a
temporary authorization hold that was created when you attempted to place your
order. This authorization hold will be removed within 5 to 7 business days and
the funds will be released back to your account.
–I received an error message while trying to
place an order, what do I do?
There are a few common reasons
you may see an error message at checkout: the address you have listed in your
profile doesn’t match your card’s billing address, or your billing information
is incorrect. Please also note that the billing/shipping countries of your
purchase must be the same. Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarding
companies or export agents.
–Where can I find my CVV?
Visa, MasterCard and Discover
cards have a three-digit CVV printed on the back of the card, usually next to
