-How do I check the status of my order?Simply log in to your Superlook™ account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details. If you don’t have a Superlook™ account, no problem! You can track your order (here)
-Why was my order cancelled?Sometimes we’re unable to process orders due to item availability. We also reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order.
-How long will it take for my order to arrive?Please allow 1-2 business days for processing for all shipping methods. You can track your order (here)
-Help! My tracking information hasn’t updated in a while.Sometimes tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships. Also, it may take 1-2 days to update between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. No worries! Your order is likely still en route to you! You can always check your order status in my order history.
-My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive! In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbours for more information in the meantime. Please note that we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location.
